Azam has built his career by helping entrepreneurs succeed. He has been the finance lead for two successful exits of venture backed technology companies and brings broad based operating experience beyond the CFO suite into Sales Operations, HR and Legal.

He is now President and CFO of DeciZens Inc www.decizens.com, providing strategic advisory and fractional CFO services to young technology or manufacturing companies. Azam has leadership experience in both Manufacturing and Technology organizations and has had repeated success working in companies with different types of stakeholders i.e. public corporations, family run businesses and venture backed companies.

Azam has completed his Executive MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman school of business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CMA-CPA) in Ontario.  Most recently he was on the Board and Audit Committee of Innovation Factory and is currently an active board member of the Rotary Club.
