Funding Available
Up to $5,000 Per Project

Successful applicants may receive:

✅ Up to $5,000 in grant funding

✅ 75% of funding released upon signing the Funding Agreement

✅ Remaining 25% released upon project completion and final reporting

Matching Contribution Required
Applicants must provide a minimum 1:1 cash contribution equal to the grant amount requested.

Example:
Grant Request: $5,000
Applicant Contribution: $5,000
Total Project Value: $10,000+

Who Can Apply?

Businesses
Eligible businesses must:

✅ Be located within Venture Niagara's service area

✅ Be a sole proprietorship, partnership, or incorporated company

✅ Have fewer than 25 employees

✅ Be in good financial standing

Please note: Subsidiaries, franchises, and locations of national or international chains are not eligible.


Not-for-Profit Organizations
Eligible organizations must:

✅ Be incorporated or registered as a not-for-profit

✅ Be located within Venture Niagara's service area

✅ Deliver programs or services benefiting Niagara residents, businesses, or communities
