She is the founder of Boss & Buddha, a boutique coaching and consulting firm that equips high achievers and their teams with the tools to grow without burnout.

Emily built and led two mission-driven software companies through major growth. At Link2Feed, she scaled a grassroots startup into one of the top social enterprises globally, leading to a successful private equity exit. She then acquired and expanded a business alongside the private equity firm, establishing it as one of the strongest performers in its portfolio.

With an MBA, International Coaching Federation credential, and certifications in Agile (Product Owner and Scrum Master), Emily combines business rigor with people-centric leadership. A TEDx speaker and published writer, she is recognized for her ability to align vision, culture, and performance in organizations navigating growth.
