Greg is a distinguished serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in founding and exiting multiple successful businesses. Throughout his career, he has raised substantial capital from prestigious institutional investors, including Barclays Capital (UK), Hannover Re (Germany), and Coronation Capital (South Africa). His long-term partnerships with these investors have been mutually beneficial, some lasting nearly two decades.

In 2015, Greg relocated to Canada and founded Destiny Copper, a groundbreaking clean technology company that produces high-purity copper from waste solutions generated by mining and industrial processes. Under his leadership, the company has experienced remarkable growth, evolving from its startup phase at Brock University to collaborating with organizations worldwide, including the Canadian Space Agency.

Greg has been happily married to his wife, Jo Hanna, for over 20 years. Jo recently joined Destiny Copper as General Manager, bringing her expertise to the team. Together, they have four children; the youngest three attend Ridley College, while their eldest son studies business at the University of Ottawa.

Greg holds a Business Leadership Certificate from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (2002) and has received numerous accolades, including:
