The most important tool for a startup sales strategy is the CRM. In this session, we will cover many components of a CRM including contacts, accounts, deals, past activities, and future activities., Modern CRMs also have features that allow for email templates, lead scoring, and much more. Hubspot will be the CRM that we take a deeper dive into as part of this session. We will also cover other tools including LinkedIn, more research tools, email marketing, and sales enablement solutions. Deliverables Include: CRM Action Plan and updates to the Sales Plan.
