This two-part workshop focuses on go-to-market strategies, covering user acquisition, retention, and growth. Founders will learn to set up a "Get-Keep-Grow funnel" and explore 2BTesting/InTesting and Pass/Fail Funnel.
The learning objectives include channel selection, CAC calculation, and growth experiment implementation. Prerequisites include having an MVP and being ready for market tests.
Participants need a strong internet connection, a webcam, Excel/Google Sheets, and paper/pen. The workshop is exclusive to Regional Innovation Centre (RIC) clients.
