Overview
A hands-on workshop that uses AI to help you shape your lived experience into a pitch, employer brand, and growth strategy
This interactive, peer-to-peer workshop is designed for founders, co-founders, and early executive leaders who want to clearly articulate why their company exists — and use that story to drive growth, hiring, and investment conversations.
Led by Rebecca Hawman of Pivot + Edge, who believes AI is a tool not the solution. This session is highly practical and execution-focused. Participants will work through a guided process to extract and refine their founder story, translate it into a compelling founder-led pitch, and use it as the foundation for an authentic employer brand while leveraging curated and tested AI prompts to help along the way.
The workshop also includes hands-on instruction on how to leverage AI as a strategic support tool — using curated prompts to help founders clarify, structure, and pressure-test their thinking — while ensuring their voice, beliefs, and lived experience remain at the core of the story.
This is not about replacing human storytelling with AI. It’s about using AI to move faster, think deeper, and sharpen the narrative.
Founders leave with real assets in hand and a clear roadmap for activating their story across pitch decks, hiring, LinkedIn, careers pages, internal communications, and networking conversations.
